QFR08 manufacture continues on plan!
The manufacture of the 2008 Queen’s challenger is now strongly underway. With the initial chassis build complete, the team are increasingly confident that the car will be ready for a long testing phase in advance of the competition. The QUB workshop staff have been extremely helpful, both in the precision manufacture of parts and in the advice given to the manufacturing team. We are also benefiting this year from outside manufacturing assistance from the companies listed on the partners page. To get involved as a partner just email Ian, who will be pleased to provide further information.
The determination of this year’s team remains strong, and we will be working hard to meet all targets which have been set-out.
