Bob Bell talk

The 2007 QFR car was on display in the foyer of the Wellie Park yesterday evening at the IMechE organised Bob Bell Talk. It generated quite a lot of interest among those who came along and was an opportunity for the team to talk to a few of our sponsors who attended the event. Bob Bell gave an extremely interesting talk on his role at Renault F1 and was pictured with the whole QFR management team and chassis team leaders. The pictures will be published in Carsport Magazine and posted on our photo gallery soon.

F1 in Shools

Queen's Formula Racing once again had an active presence at this year's Regional F1 in Schools competition, held at the Ulster Folk and Transport museum. The Queen's Formula Student car was on display and Geoff Cunningham was on the judging panel for the schools competition. The students showed great interest in the Formula Student competiton and were keen to discuss the possibilities with current Queen's team members once they moved onto third level education.
