QFR Visit Renault F1

On 10th Nov a small group of representatives from QFR were lucky enough to get the opportunity to fly over to visit Dr Bob Bell (technical director) and Dr Gary Hall (Composite R&D Engineer) at the Renault F1 headquarters in Enstone. After chatting about how composites are used in the Renault F1 cars, we were given a tour of the facility, taking in the autoclaves and workshops. QFR would like to thank Bob and Gary for taking time out of their busy schedules to speak to us and show us round the Renault F1 factory. We found it most informative and enjoyable.
